Delivery Charges
Unless otherwise specified in our online catalogue, all items for sale include postage within Australia for delivery by Australia Post.

Conditions of Our Delivery Charges
Our Delivery Charges stated above DO NOT include consignments that –
– weigh more than 2kg
– are excessively bulky in volume
– contain Dangerous Goods, Explosives etc
– are for delivery to remote locations or Offshore Islands

In these instances we will contact you to confirm the delivery charge of your order. All consignments will require a signature at point of delivery, which needs to be taken into consideration when nominating your delivery address.

Sales & Other Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION, is in the original original packing and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
